         We cordially invite you to attend the 2018 Fourteenth International Conference on Intelligent Computing (ICIC 2018) to be held during August 15-18, 2018, in Wuhan,China. The conference will be financially supported by the Natural Science Foundation of China (Natural Science Foundation of China). The theme for this conference is Advanced Intelligent Computing Methodologies and Applications. Original contributions related to this theme are especially solicited, including theories, methodologies, and applications in science and technology. Topics covering industrial issues/applications and academic research into intelligent computing will be welcome. The conference proceedings will be published by Springer Verlag, including Lecture Notes in Computer Sciences (LNCS)/ Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNAI)/ Lecture Notes in Bioinformatics (LNBI). All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts on the basis of originality, significance and clarity, and only those papers presenting novel research results or successful innovative applications are accepted for publication.All the papers published in these three volumes of Lecture Notes since 2005 have unexceptionally been indexed in EI Compendex, SCOPUS, and DBLP etc.. This record has continuously been kept for 13 years. In addition, some high-quality papers sub-selected from all ICIC2018 submissions will be included into eleven SCI indexed and one high-quality international journals such as IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics (IEEE/ACM TCBB) , Neurocomputing, Cognitive Systems Research , Evolving Systems , Quantitative Biology , BMC Genomics , BMC Bioinformatics , BMC Systems Biology , BMC Medical Genomics , BMC Medical Informatics and Decision Making , BioData Mining and Algorithms for Molecular Biology
