The ICIC 2018 Program Committee is inviting proposals for tutorials to be held during the conference (http://www.ic-icc.cn/2018/index.htm), taking place on August 15-18 , 2018, in Wuhan, China.

Each tutorial session proposal should address hot and advanced Intelligent Computing topics. Tutorial session proposals should include title, outline, expected enrollment, and presenter biography with e-mail/website address.

Proposals for Tutorial sessions should be submitted in ELECTRONIC FORMAT to Tutorial Co-Chairs:
