Guideline for Authors
As an author to use this Online Submission & Review System, you must have Adobe® Reader® installed on your computer, by which the manuscripts PDF can be opened. The submission process may be described as follows:
1. You, as an author, must first register into this Online Submission & Review System, and then an email including the author's ID and Password will be automatically sent to you.
2. After logging in the system, you, as an author, can submit your paper(s) and edit your personal information.
3. If the paper is accepted by the conference, you, as an author, should submit your final camera-ready paper with required format to this system.
4. You, as an author, can also check the history for submission and modify your personal information as you please. In the following, the left navigation menu for Author section would be explained in details as follows.

Guideline: Tutorial for authors.
Paper Submission: Tutorial for authors. The paper can be submitted by this Online Submission & Review System according to the following two steps: Firstly, you should select the file from your disk and then upload the document (preferred PDF file format, i.e., *. pdf); Secondly, the detailed information for your paper, such as the authors, abstract, main research topic, etc. must be filled in the form shown and then click the button Submit for submitting out your paper. If you want to modify your submitted paper(s), you should click "Update Paper" option.
Submitted Papers: A papers list which you have submitted, including the latest review status for your paper(s).
Personal Info: You can update your personal details, including your password, address, etc.
Log Out: Exit from this Online Submission & Review System.
