IClC 2025 would like to extend our sincere gratitude for Poster paper authors' valuable contribution and active participation in the conference and invite Poster paper authors to present their papers at the conference. The Poster paper presentation sessions are open to all attendees of the conference.

1. Details of Poster Presentation

Poster Preparation:

Please upload your electronic poster in Submitted materials under Poster Exhibition in your personal account, with high-quality 300 dpi above, in size 80cm*150cm, featuring the title, author information, abstract, key figures, and conclusions for clear and easy reading with ONE PAGE in given format and style. Please note that the electronic file format SHOULD be .pdf. We expect to receive you email no later than July 16, 2025 to make sure we have enough time to prepare your poster demonstration.

Interaction and Networking: We encourage you to actively participate in discussions and networking opportunities during the poster session. This is a crucial platform for you to stay updated with the latest trends in your field and establish academic connections.

2. Important Reminders

Please arrive promptly at your designated location to ensure timely display of your poster. Keep your communication channels open to receive any urgent notifications or changes during the conference. After the presentation, please collect your poster materials or follow on-site instructions for proper disposal/recycling.
