On the Selection of Highlight Paper Speakers for ICIC2025

This year our ICIC 2025 (http://www.ic-icc.cn/2025/index.php) have received over 4,000 paper submissions. To make our ICIC 2025 become more special, active and wonderful, our ICIC 2025 Program and Organization Committees are selecting some conference speaker candidates who, as the first author or last corresponding authors, have published or being accepted by Top Journals or Conferences papers within one and half one year (Generally, CCF A type).
