ICIC 2025 Registration

Registration Procedure

   All participants for ICIC 2024 must make the timely registration. Each paper must be accompanied by at least one individual. Mandatory registration and the registration fee must be paid by May 18, 2024. Without a dedicated registration, the paper and poster can not be included in Springer-Nature Proceedings and the website of the Poster-Open Access (http://poster-openaccess.com/).

Please carefully revise your paper until not any problems are existing, then carefully typeset your paper by following Springer’s Proceedings Templates arranged above. Note：Please DONOT use any other software like LaTex to edit your paper!!!

For oral paper, 700*7.4=5180 RMB for English Invoice (Receipt), 700*7.4 + 700*7.4*6% =5490.8 RMB for Chinese Invoice; For poster paper, 450*7.4=3330 RMB for English Invoice (Receipt), 450*7.4+450*7.4*6%=3529.8 RMB for Chinese Invoice.

  • Special Note 1: The registration fee should not include your local bank and Chinese bank transaction fees. So when you are making the registration, you should send enough payment!
  • Special Note 2: For WeChat payment, the handling fee rate for WeChat, 0.6%, must be borne by the author.
  • Special Note 3: As soon as the registration is done, NO refunds are available.
