Instruction for Final Paper Submission
This instruction is to help you prepare your final camera-ready paper and other relevant materials for publication or conference.
Note 1: All authors who have papers accepted into ICIC2015 must strictly follow the deadline for submitting your camera-ready papers
(in WORD 2003 format) to us before May 14, 2015 and making the registration before
May 14, 2015. Otherwise, your paper(s) will be not included
into the Springer Lecture Notes Series (LNCS/LNAI) Proceedings, which is a Mandatory
step without exception for any authors.
Note 2: In the Authors list for your paper(s), you should first write your FULL given Names, and then write your FULL Family names,
which is an international convention.

1.Paper Format
All accepted papers should be in one column format and single-spaced. Text and illustrations should fill, but not extend an area of 122 mm x 193 mm. Please use 10-point Times-Roman font. The paper length of 12 pages (for LNCS, LNAI papers) for EACH paper in Springer format will be strictly enforced (If your papers have at the same time selected into one of three SCI indexed International Journals, then the paper length should be AT MOST 7 pages). If your paper is over the stipulated Maximum length, you will have to pay the over-length page fee at ￥1000 RMB or $200 USD per extra page. All the accepted papers should be written in English, using the same Springer LNCS (Lecture Notes in Computer Science) style, including all tables, figures, and references so that we can encode a unified format. Pages should be without page numbers.
2.Paper Submission and Registration
All camera-ready papers must be received by May 14, 2015, in order for the papers to be included in the Springer Lecture Notes Series Proceedings. Any papers submitted after this date will run the risk of not being included in the Lecture Notes Series Proceedings. To include your paper in the Springer Lecture Notes Series Proceedings, here are the steps you must follow:
(1). Source File (DOC) and PDF File (PDF) Upload
Please upload the Source file in MS WORD2003 version (DOC) and the corresponding PDF file of your paper to our Online Registration System.
(2). Copyright Form (PDF) Upload
The Copyright Form for LNCS/LNAI is the same, and the information in the copyright form includes:
[1] Title of the contribution: Your Paper Title
[2] Name and address of corresponding author: Please write them in printing form
[3] Author's Signature: Your Signed Name
Then please upload it to our Online Registration System.
(3). Bank Transfer Receipt File (PDF) Upload.
As soon as you finish paying the registration fee, please scan your Bank Transfer Receipt into PDF e-file, and then upload it to our Online Registration System.
